Chili Crunch Cucumbers

What you will need:

  • Mini cucumbers

  • Garlic Chili Crisp Oil

  • Pure Sesame Oil

  • Rice Vinegar

  •  Creole Seasoning

Chili Crunch Cucumbers - Prep


Clean & chop

  1. Rinse off 6 mini cucumbers. (Mini cucumbers are essential for this recipe because regular cucumbers have too many seeds)

  2. Cut pieces to be about half an inch in thickness. 

  3. Pat excess water out with a paper towel.


Season & enjoy

  1. Add 1 1/2 tablespoons of chili oil crunch.

  2. Add 1 1/2 teaspoons of sesame oil, white vinegar, and 1 tablespoon of creole seasoning (can be replaced with any salt).

  3. Season to taste! This recipe calls for a good amount of seasoning because of the high water content in cucumbers.
