Cheesy Rotini

Serving Size: 2 - 3


What you will need:

  • Garlic Powder

  • Onion Powder 

  • Heavy Cream

  • Pure Irish Butter

  • Rotini Noodles

  • Olive Oil

  • Garlic

  • Italian Blend Cheese

Cheesy Rotini - Prep



  1. Bring one pot of water to a rolling boil.

  2. Salt water to season the noodles when they go in.

  3. Add in your desired amount of rotini.

  4. Cook until al-dente.



  1. Add butter and garlic to a medium or large saucepan. 

  2. Once the butter is melted and the garlic is fragrant, add the following ingredients (season to taste).

  3. Reduce heat to a simmer and add in your cheese.       

  • Garlic powder

  • Onion powder

  • Italian seasoning

  • Salt

  • Pepper

Whisk in small amounts at a time to prevent cheese from clumping.

  1. Use a pasta server to scoop out noodles and add to the sauce. 

  2. Add a bit of pasta water to thin the sauce, and more cheese if desired.



Garnish with parsely or basil and enjoy!
